Aimee's Story
Even as a little girl I always wanted to be a “businessperson” when I grew up. I would carry around my dad’s old briefcase, shuffle paper from one pile to another on the desk in my bedroom, punching keys on an old adding machine pretending that I was conducting business. Early in my adulthood, in 2003, I stumbled across an amazing company and ultimately built a successful career as the COO of the nation's leading utility management and billing company. I was the 8th employee and alongside the other members of the executive team, I helped grow the company into a multibillion-dollar enterprise with over 3000 employees.

In 2019, I was financially independent, living in a beautiful home with my 3 amazing kids, traveling the world and in a long-distance relationship with the most amazing man. All the boxes had been checked. But I found myself becoming increasingly unhappy. I believe that there is a point in everyone’s life when you begin to wonder “How did I get “here?”, “Have I become the person I set out to be?”, and “Am I even living the life I want to be living?” Those were the questions on repeat in my mind. I was 40. Call it a midlife crisis if you want to.

With the full support of my partner, Ben, I began my own personal growth journey. I worked with mentors and coaches who guided me in releasing limiting beliefs, creating paradigm shifts, and identifying and healing root causes for the restrictive patterns and habits I had developed.
In 2021, after almost 18 years, I decided to take a personal sabbatical. Although making the decision to step away from my career was painstakingly difficult and truthfully, very scary, it gave me the time and space to find clarity around what was truly important to me. Living a life of purpose and authenticity, ultimately, finding freedom in life and business. This process is what led me here to be a life coach.

I believe that we all feel shackled by something that’s preventing us from reaching our full potential and that we all desire to find and fulfill our purpose. I’ve also come to believe that our lives are beautifully orchestrated and that we have the power to create any life we want to live. I am fully dedicated to my own personal growth and I’m passionate about helping others on their journey to living a life of authenticity and finding freedom.
